TENDER NOTICE

No 18/SFPG/PLT/2010-11/657                                                                          Dated 23.09.2010

Sealed tenders are invited from intending purchasers of standing Acacia trees on "as is where is basis" The details of standing Acacia trees is given as under:

The intending bidders may obtain detailed forms in person or by post from the Office of the Deputy Conservator of Forests, Social Forestry, Parks & Garden Division, Forest Colony, Shantinagar, Ponda, Goa on any working day between 10.30 am to 4.30 pm upto 11.10.2010 during office hours on payment of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees five thousand only) which is not refundable. An amount of Rs. 200/- (Rupees two hundred only) shall be charged extra, if required by post.

Tenders in the prescribed Tender forms can be submitted upto 3 pm on 14.10.2010 to the same office. Tenders shall be opened on 14.10.2010 at 3.30 pm in the same office in the presence of such tenderers or their duly authorized agents/ representative who may desire to be present at the time of opening of tenders.
