The Public Information Officer
shall be responsible for the preparation and publication of
the manuals and updating the same from time to time as per the
said Act.
The Asst. Public Information
Officer shall ensure that the applications received by him for
information under Right to Information Act, 2005 are submitted,
on top priority to the public Information Officer so as to furnish
the information to the applicant within the stipulated period
and within the provision of the Act.
